Renovated
in March 2001, this cozy facility provides two hot meals
every weekday to flight line personnel. Over 500 meals
are served each day and with only 34 seats in the house,
that is some turnover. The staff of the “Back
of the Hangar” prides themselves on serving delicious
meals quickly to personnel with a limited amount of
time to eat.
