The CDC provides an environment rich in experiences to enhance social, emotional, cognitive and physical developmental areas for the children. Daily activities are tailored to fit the needs and interests of the children. The curriculum is divided into three developmental ranges: Infants, Toddler/Twos and Preschoolers.
The CDC offers a two- or three-day Part-Day Preschool (PDPS) Program for children 3-5 years of age. PDPS meets in Bldg 750 from 0830 – 1130 or 1300-1700 on Tuesday and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday and Friday and follows the elementary school calendar for winter, spring and summer breaks.
The CDC supports the “Give Parents a Break” program once a month. Space is limited for this program: referral certificates can be picked up at the Airman & Family Readiness Center, unit First Sergeants, Family Advocacy or Base Chapel.
The Parent Advisory Board is open to all program parents and guardians. The committee holds quarterly meetings and supports parent involvement and participation in our Child Development and Youth Programs.
