Community Center

The McPherson Community Center provides many programs and activities to keep you busy while stationed at Osan.

Services provided by the Community Center include:

• Morale Computer Room
  -12 Computers w/web cams for FREE emailing & web-surfing


• Make FREE morale phone calls
  
• FREE WI FI throughout facility
  
• Recreation/Game Room
  -X-Box/360, PS3, Wii
  -2 pool tables, 2 table tennis tables, 2 league dart boards, fooseball
• Play Board games (Monopoly, Yantzee, Sorry, Risk, etc)
  -Chess, Bridge, Spades and Dominos groups
• Instructional Classes offered
  -Dance, Piano, Crafts, Healing Arts and Languages
• 3 Soundproof music practice rooms w/instruments
• 3 conference rooms/private meeting space with projectors and teleconference capability
  

Many base-wide events are planned and hosted by the Community Center such as the Spring Block Party, 4th of July Celebration, Labor Day "BBQ and Blues", and the annual "Tops in Blue" performance. Other events include "Build your own boat" and “Photo Contest”. The Armed Forces Entertainment/USO provides our community with state-side shows like the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Wayne Newton, R&B entertainers and variety bands. Volunteer opportunities!
