Established in June 2001, this state-of-the-art facility serves over 1600 meals each day. The dedicated staff provides four meals a day to include hot meals, ground support meals and to its patrons. The flight kitchen is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for ground Support meals. The Gingko Tree hosts the “Birthday Meal” program.
