Established in June 2001, this state-of-the-art facility
serves over 1600 meals each day. The dedicated staff
provides four meals a day to include hot meals, ground
support meals and flight meals to its patrons. The flight
kitchen is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for ground
and flight meals. On alternating months the Gingko Tree
hosts the “Birthday Meal” program and Mongolian
BBQ nights. Once a week, the Gingko Tree features international
cuisine such as Mexican, Italian and German favorites.
