The Osan Youth Center is open to youth ages 9–13 years old. Youth 6-8 years old are permitted to be in the Youth Center when they are with an adult guardian or a sibling 16 years old or older. All youth must be a member to use the facility and participate in Youth Activity Programs.

The Osan Youth Center is affiliated with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) and has won the Boys and Girls Clubs of America’s Grant Acquisition Award and Program Implementation Award consecutively in May 2007 and May 2008.

The Youth Center offers special instructional classes such as tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, Mommy and Me tumbling, Tae Kwon Do and musical instrument classes.

If your child would like to participate in team sports, Youth Programs offer seasonal sports including basketball, cheerleading, t-ball and coach-pitch baseball, swim team, archery camp and soccer. The Osan Youth Center also offers Start Smart, a pre-school sports program that allows kids, ages 3-5, to learn basic sports movements and skills in a pressure-free, non-competitive environment.

Open Recreation – For Youth Center members 9 and older, they can sign themselves after school or on no school days and take advantage of a variety of free activities.

Youth Center Programs - The Youth Center offers a wide variety of programs throughout the year. Some of these programs are annual events while others are continuous.

• Torch Club: This chartered BGCA program offers youth the opportunity to elect officers and to develop leadership and organizational skills. Youth develop, plan and implement their own activities and community service projects.
• Kids in the Kitchen: This weekly cooking club teaches preparation, cooking and cleanup of healthy, nutritional meals, snacks and desserts.
• Annual Fine Arts and Photography Exhibit/Contest, ages 5-18: These BGCA programs encourage young artists and photographers to enter their work in a local exhibit and compete for local, regional and national recognition.
• Passport to Manhood (boys) and Free to Be Me (girls): These programs provide young men and women a moral compass to guide them in making life choices.
• Dances: this program offers a safe night of music and dancing with a professional DJ, lights and snack. A fee is charged for this event.
• Community Projects: Quarterly community projects such as Project Holiday Care, are implemented to so that the youth members can give back to the community.
